Introduction - We are to create a project management plan, this is to help us improve and work on our management and organisational skills. we need to mainly fill out and research about project management with the brief that we choose to do. I have chosen to do the IMDB website and app redesign, I want to do this one since I believe it will be easier to manage the expenses and the documents since their is not many stakeholders involved.
